Introduction

Shanta Universal Testing machine is designed for testing Metals and other materials underTension , Compression, Bending, Transverse and Shear loads. Brinell Hardness Test on metals can also be conducted in smaller capacity UTM's. All Shanta Universal Testing Machines are closely controlled for sensitivity, accuracy and calibration during every stage of manufacturing. Every machine is than calibrated over each of its measuring range in accordance with the procedure laid down in BS 1610 and IS 1828. and comply with Grade “A” and Class 1.0 respectively.

Comomputer Controlled Electro Hydraulic Servo Utm :

  • Shanta Universal Testing Machine are hydraulically operated.
  • Series SE-UTE is manually controlled with Microprocessor based Measuring Panel.
  • Through RS232 it can be connected to PC for on-line graphic display and data storage, Test report generation and many other features as per customer requirement.
  • Series SE-UTES is Computer controlled with computerized measurement.
  • Electronic Clip-on Extensometer can be attached to above machines for measurement of Modulus of Elasticity (MOE) and Proof Stress.
  • Wide range of accessories comprising Standard and Special accessories are available.

Series Se-Utn :

ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC UTM WITH DIAL DISPLAY AND AUTOGRAPHIC RECORDER.

  • Shanta Universal Testing Machine are hydraulically operated.
  • Series SE-UTN is manually controlled with Dial display. Dummy Pointer is provided to register peak load. Autographic recorder is attached to machine that gives Load-Displacement curve on a continuous chart paper.
  • Mechanical Clip-on Extensometer can be attached to above machines for measurement of Modulus of Elasticity (MOE) and Proof Stress with the help of manually drawn Load-Displacement curve.
  • Wide range of accessories comprising Standard and Special accessories are available.
